Tom Reynolds, bear canisters, and a bear (part 1)

Tom "The Rogue" Reynolds opened the festivities in an event that was billed to be a bear canister review and packing demonstration. On a chilly morning, he warmed up the crowd--and particularly judges Glen "Homemade" Van Peski and "Flyin' Brian" Robinson--with various spiked concoctions and freshly baked chocolate cake. A couple more drinks and he would have convinced them that their packs (can you really call the wispy thing these guys carry a "pack"?) are too light.

John "Cupcake" Brennan and Greg "Strider" Hummel made sure that the event was well documented.
